Return and Exchange Policy
Elizabeta Jewelry takes great pride in our record and reputation of our client's happiness!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your experience with Elizabeta Jewelry, please inform us.
- If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason you can send it back within 20 days and exchange it for an item of equal or greater value.
- Red Box Diamonds are exchangeable and eligible for the trade up program (where you can trade in your stone for one of greater value and receive a credit toward your new purchase). Contact us for more details.
Exchanges
Please note the following steps to take if you are making an exchange:
- Email or call us to let us know that you will be requesting an exchange. Please tell us your name and the item you will be exchanging.
- Please note that all items must be unused, and any item that has been damaged or blemished in any way can not be exchanged.
- We will send you an exchange reference number by email and the address to send the item back to.
- Return the item to us through registered and insured mail. Elizabeta Jewelry does not cover the shipping cost of sending back items.
- Let us know which item you would like to order in exchange that is of equal or greater value to the original item you purchased. We will then send you the new item.
